Defiance Bicycles Online Tip Jar

We’re reluctant to put this option here as we don’t want anyone to think we expect a tip, ever. We certainly don’t want the bicycle industry to start expecting or relying on tips. But capitalism and class structure can be a big messy grey area and the fact is some of you generous folks DO tip us on occasion, and we want to make it clear that we appreciate your appreciation of us very much.

We also sometimes see folks buying a gift card with the intention of never using it, tipping on-the-sly if you will, and we wanted to offer a better way to do that (as we can’t just go spending the gift card money before a customer has redeemed it, them’s the rules and we’re sticking to em!). So here is is - our Internet Tip Jar. Any tips are shared between all staff unless specified otherwise in a note from the tipper. Thank you.
